• LIN - (LuminiX information network) an extension of LuminiX, provides our clients with access to eligibility data updates, client reports and secure data access 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  
  
• LARS - (LuminiX Advanced Report Server) provides our clients with the most complete and systematic reporting options in the industry. The system combines clinical benefit design and utilization data into a meaningful decision making format. Through this business intelligence solution, clients can review their claims information such as analysis of paid claim data, analysis of total plan costs and analysis of premium costs all with secure and seamless Internet access.
  
  
• CEW - (Comprehensive Enrollment Wizard) pronounced “cue” is an enhancement of LIN used to make the on-line enrollment process easy, functional and flexible. A key feature of CEW is the ability to combine the premium and billing administration for various coverages, simplifying it into one master bill. This program is available for participants, employers and administrators on a 24/7 basis. Employers can use this program to assist participants with enrollments, support eligibility maintenance tasks, run reports, create custom enrollment experiences, manage access to enrollment and maintenance tools and generate reports and statements. Participants can also use CEW to enroll, make changes, update eligibility or print benefit statements or enrollment confirmation statements.
